I really liked them. Tried them on and they fit smaller and tighter than expected. Gave them to my wife and she loves them. They are hard and tough but for hiking they do the job. A little wide if you have narrow feet but wear two pair of socks which you usually would in the winter anyway and you are good.No strong insoles or support is like buying a car but the wheels are sold separately LolGood snow boots for the price. The toe box was a little tight for my liking, but not unbearable. The arch support seems on par for most boots, so pretty moderate. I would absolutely not recommend these to go hiking in, but they are great for around the house, regardless if that is playing in or shoveling snow. The tread patter is great at grabbing snow to create snow-on-snow traction, similar to what good snow tires do. I haven't seen how they handle ice yet, so can't speak to that.As for the chill or wetness after wearing these, they are made of non-breathable rubber across the exposed surfaces of your foot. This keeps snow out and your feet dry, but it also keeps your foot sweat in. They will need to dry out completely before your next wear, or that moisture will get cold quickly. If you need to take them on and off frequently, I'd recommend two pairs, or a boot warmer similar to what the Bean boots need. Most users likely won't notice this though, especially of you only wear a few minutes at a time or for one snow outing. The boots are not the same as in this picture and they feel like they like they need another hook for the laces in between the 2 they have. They are ok for warmth when you're out walking around, but I really don't think they would be enough to sit and ice fish or if you were planning on being out for several hoursRespecto al tema de impermeable no cumplió las expectativas solamente protege el pie. No tiene una cobertura total como se supone debería ser en el productoHeel fitting is looser than expected. Not as snug a fit as I expected. I'll just wear some thicker socks. They're warm though...very warm. There nice just throw on to do something quick in the cold and snow but not for negative temperatures, at least with regular socks on would probably be better with a wool blend sock but not bad boots for the price tje first couple times I wore them in 20 something degree outside Temps my feet were sweating. I would recommend these if you had a smaller budget but if you can afford more expensive then do it.j'avais acheté pour aller marcher, un peu petit et serré, j'avais même pris une pointure plus grande que je prend d'habitude, douleur dans le dos du talon lorsque je marche. Très légère et confortable quand même si ce n'était pas de la douleur créé dans le dos du talon en marchant .My husband fell twice because the metal loops on the inside of each boot got caught on each other. The second time he was walking into his work and fell flat. He was covered in mud and scraped his face and knees. He is 60 yrs old. Not good!I found the boots had no soul in them my feet could feel every little square underneath its padding or so-called padding after putting on two or three pairs of socks and putting in liners I finally felt a little bit comfortable and then two months later it crackedMy husband liked them. He is 8..... so I ordered a 9.Fit perfectly. Don’t order too smal. Give yourself room for socks.Be careful when walking, the laces will catch other side and trip you right on you're face..
