So I bought these strictly for work. I am a lawn and landscaper for 22 years. I have been through 22 years of boots. So far so good I must say. I cannot stand to have wet feet. After a month of use my feet are dry and I couldn’t ask for better comfort. I like having a little wiggle room for my toes which these provide. Saying that these are true to size in my opinion. They have great traction as well as the Vibram sole which is a bonus! These are rather pricey but if they last me for a season..then they were well worth it. I have tried Keen, Merrill and a few others boots and those are a 2 pair a season boot. So at $100 for those others.. I’d much rather spend the extra $65-$70 for a very decent boot which I believe these are. I’m sure they would be a very good hiking boot as well. I will probably use them for that this summer. I shall leave another review here in about three months to see how well these have held up. ?
