My second pair of the identical shoes, the first pair lasted 5 years under an intense amount of hikes. Unfortunately, The North Face used cheaper materials and cut some corners this time. They still are the most comfortable hikers I've ever owned.Love themGreat shoes for day hiking or just walking. This is my third pair. They run a bit small. I have inserts, so that helps my stability. They are good even when wet, you don’t slip on rocks.I was concerned ordering online for shoes but wasnt finding any I liked in stores by me. Since it was Amazon, I gave it a try. It worked out, size fits, width fits and has arch and support in the heel area that I was looking for. The shoe itself looks nice, the colors are nice and even my husband noticed and complimented it being a nice looking shoe.Ordered a half size up good lookingNice shoes but the arch is a little bothersome and back of the shoe is hard, I had blister on my right ankle first time I wore it. With how shopping is now days I just ordered these because I have 2 other pairs of North Face hiking shoes, and they fit fine. Was extremely disappointed these did not fit as nicely. I am tired of sending shoes back so that is why I ordered these. They fit, but they are not great for a long day in them. I have wide feet. So typically I wear Keens. I thought ordering these were a safe bet though. So if you need a wide toe box these will be tight.This is my second pair the previous ones walked for miles almost every day lasted 3 years good fit comfy durable. This pair is starting out to be just the same. Love them
