Now the next size up is 9.5, will order that size.A word about Lowa. This German based company makes some of the best boots available. Their heavy duty models, I assume, are still made in Germany. This model is made in Slovakia. I wear a pair of Lowa heavy duty backpacking boots for heavy duty use. Those are made in Germany. I purchased a pair of Renegades for lighter duty use. They were not made in Germany, but in Slovakia. They also fit too snug. I did not order those from Amazon with free returns. So I kept them and was forced to wear thin socks. They are uncomfortable going down steep slopes, as my toe winds up against the end of the boot.
